Refund Timeframe
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must not be damaged or altered
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Ship the item back to us using our prepaid label
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
